We are currently providing Personal Identity Verification service in Seoul, Gwacheon, Bundang, Ilsan.
Please visit the HSBC Branches, if you are located in other cities.

We are very sorry but we are experiencing a backlog in processing your Personal Identity Verification request. Although we are trying to clear the backlog as quickly as possible, services could be delayed up to three to five days from your registration date.

If you want to open an HSBC Direct Savings Account without delay, please visit an HSBC Branch nearest to you.
The service hours of HSBC Branch are from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday.
How to Open an Account
1. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
2. Input your Personal Information and submit the Online Registration form. At this stage, you will be requested to set your Internet Banking User ID, Internet Banking Password and Phone Banking Password for future use.
3. Our HSBC Direct Banking Specialist will call you to arrange a Personal Identity Verification appointment.
4. After Personal Identity Verification, login to your HSBC Direct Savings Account to activate your Security Device and issue your Digital Certificate. Your account is then ready to use!
