HSBC Direct How to Use HSBC Dircet HSBC Group
Savings Account
Step_01 Click `Apply Now` on the HSBC Direct website ( www.hsbcdirect.co.kr )
and complete the Online Registration process.
Step_02

Our HSBC Direct Banking Specialist will call you before the end of the next working day
after your Online Registration to arrange for a Personal Identity Verification appointment.
HSBC Direct Banking Specialist will meet you at a time and location of your choice.
(e.g. your office, and public places or an HSBC Branch )
Step_03 Log in to your HSBC Direct Savings Account on www.hsbcdirect.co.kr.
The first time you log in, you will be prompted to activate your Security Device
and get your Digital Certificate issued.


Term Deposit
Term Deposit Account Opening Steps

Step_1 Login to HSBC Direct Website and select New Term Deposit opening
Step_2 After reading the Direct Term Deposit T&C and, input tenor and deposit amount
Step_3 Direct Term Deposit is completed, and update Maturity Instruction.
  • Maximum deposit balance should be within your 1 time/Daily transfer limit.
