How can I apply for the HSBC Direct ATM card?
You can apply for the HSBC Direct ATM card through the HSBC Direct Internet banking. The digital certificate and OTP verification are required. The ATM card will be delivered to your mailing address and it will take approximately 7 business days. Please login to the internet banking service to activate your ATM card and to create your ATM card PIN upon receiving your ATM card by mail.
Please note that 2,000 Won will be charged for the issuance and re-issuance of the ATM card.
(Please call us at 1544-3311 in order to change the mailing address. Phone banking PIN and OTP verification are required.)
In case of insufficient balance, ATM card issuance will be cancelled automatically. Customers who receive ATM card application cancellation notice by SMS text have to reapply via HSBC Direct website.
