Notification for General Terms & Conditions of Electronic Financial Transactions Amendment

[General Terms & Conditions of Electronic Financial Transactions] will be amended according to below table.

Amendment of General Terms and Conditions |
① If the Bank wishes to amend these General Terms and Conditions, it shall post the proposed amendment at its head office and branch offices and over Electronic Means through which the relevant Electronic Financial Transactions are conducted (in case that such Electronic Means are not amenable for posting the notice, the Electronic Means to which the User may easily access) and give notice to the User at the e-mail address, prior to one (1) month from the amendment date. If the amendment is disadvantageous to the User, then in addition to posting the same at its head office and branch offices and over Electronic Means and the giving notice to the User at the e-mail address, the Bank shall make a public notice of the contents of the amendment in two (2) or more daily newspapers. However, if these General Terms and Conditions need to be urgently amended due to changes in laws and regulations or systems, then the Bank shall immediately post such fact over the Electronic Means (for at least one (1) month) and shall make a public notice of the contents of the amendment in two (2) or more daily newspapers and notify the User through e-mail. |

If the User presents any objection,, the Bank shall confirm to the User that the Bank delivered the amendment on these General Terms and Conditions to the User via appropriate means. However, if these General Terms and Conditions need to be urgently amended due to changes in laws and regulations or systems, then the Bank shall immediately post such fact over the Electronic Means (for at least one (1) month) and shall notify the User through e-mail.
