Article 24 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
① These Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions for each type of deposit accounts, and any and all matters relating to deposit transactions shall be construed and governed by applicable laws of Korea and the general banking practices in Korea.
② Any and all lawsuits relating to these Terms and Conditions between the Customer and the Bank shall be filed by the Customer only with the court of competent jurisdiction in Korea. The court of competent jurisdiction where the Opening Branch is located shall be automatically deemed to have jurisdiction over these Terms and Conditions. |
